We apply our activities utilizing an information technology to constmctions of the Internet servers reusing old-model persenal computers(PCs). In this paper we first point out items confirmed to reuse old PCs to secure servers, then report an example of the recycled server constructed for a regional enterprise. An effect of our activities reported here is inspected by our aim to promote a regional information-oriented society and to recycle old PCs．
