In the previous article, the author described about the computation program to calculate the coefficient of orthogonal polynomials when the independent variable was unequally spaced. But this program was somewhat redundant about the input procedure, because the capacity of memories of the calculating machine used was not so large. In the present article, the preparation of the computational program by FORTRAN language has been described. This new program has been prepared to compute the coefficients of orthogonal polynomials necessary for trend analysis up to 5th-degree, suitable for the electronic computer, HITAC L-340, operating with local batch system.
