In Yamagata, we are expecting information industries as next major industry. But we don't know how to grow this industry. They say internet infrastructure, corroboration with university, venture capitals, and creating business ideas are most important things. I think these are very important. But these are not the most important. The most important thing for growing information industry in Yamagata is the lack of things who an entrepreneur is in troubles with.　In this paper I cleared what are the troubles that entrepreneurs might be in by interviews. These are creating business ideas and building relations with their clients. These are said as key points to success in information business and venture business.　The most important thing in order to grow information industry in Yamagata is face to face communication with other entrepreneurs or clients.
