• Citizen participation in community planning is becoming more important. The purpose of this study is to clarify the issues of administration on citizen participation through making the general plan of Naha City.The issues are summarized as follows:1. To practice citizen participation in aggressive community planning and to create a new system that materializes the citizens' proposal.2. To adopt citizens' autonomous activities about community planning more briskly and to support the activities.3. To improve the ability to utilize citizen participation in community planning.
