集合住宅高層化が進む札幌円山地域における中低層集合住宅の可能性 : 計画サイドが考える中低層集合住宅の意義の分析

This paper aims to analyze the meanings of designing and supplying middle and low residential complexes. The research explores the middle and low residential complexes in Maruyama area, Sapporo in the situation more high-rise buildings. The number of these residential complexes was 2,093 in this area. Interviews with planners about 6 cases advertised middle and low buildings were conducted. We tried to clarify the possibility of middle and low residential complexes through these case studies. The following views were found: 1) the courtyard encourages communication among residents, 2) the color and material of exterior are becoming high quality by considering to harmonize with surroundings, 3) the underground parking prevent cars from exposing on the street.
