In the first part, we measured five meteorological elements at the school lot in warm season and calculated heat flow of those elements. In this study, we analyzed correlations between meteorological elements as further sequel. We showed isoplethes of surface temperature, sensible heat and latent heat and examined them as two dimensions. Discomfort index of the ground center was 60-80 by observation and made seasonal variation of the same pattern as air temperature. Correlation of the height of mixed layer and air temperature was high and the height of mixed layer made seasonal variation of the same pattern as air temperature. The height of mixed layer developed to 600[m] with high air temperature for only the height of 300[m] developing with low air temperature from ground before noon. We made a simulation of a change by time of the high air temperature in a ground. According to it, we understood that the high air temperature spread rapidly through north-south by advection one minute later.
