Ｍａｎgａｎｅｓｅ ｍｅｔａｌ ｗａｓ ｅｖａｐｏｒａｔｅｄ ｏｎ ａ ｇｌａｓｓ ｐｌａｔｅ ｕｎｄｅｒ ｔｈｅ ｆｏｌｌｏｗｉｎｇ ｃｏｎｄｉｔｉｏｎｓ : - evaporation velocity ; 70Å/sec.〜150Å/sec., film thickness ; 160 Å〜1,290Å, and the resistance of the film was measured. The results of the experiment showed that the anisotropy and anomaly of the resistance appeared on the manganese film which was evaporated at 0°to 20°of incident angle and the phenornena showed some differences according to the condition of evaporation
