Currently, consumer issues have been solved through company's customer satisfaction (CS) and consumer rights by consumer advocate groups. However consumer issues have not been solved reasonably by these approaches. Because they both don't reflect that consumer issues have been caused it hurts consumer rights, does not satisfactorily recover actual damages to consumers, and does not contribute to sustainable development. So, I should consider solving consumer issues in three areas mentioned, but keep a flexible relationship. Based on the above, I should reexamine the relationship between consumer advocate groups and companies.
