Main strategy of manufacturing industry, has changed significantly from manufacturing to services. In general electric machinery manufacturers in Japan, smart infrastructure strategy greatly influences to profits. In this paper, I will be considered by the "framework of classification of profits by service innovation" of the customer point of view, the strategy of each company of Smart City-Smart Community market. Shows the effectiveness of this framework, shows the business areas in Japan comprehensive electronics manufacturer.
