• Iwata Bldg is designed to use natural ventilation and underground water for air conditioning.This includes the placement of doorways and shafts, as well as the overall design itself. Once air from outside enters the building, it moves up naturally inside the building because of differences in temperatures. In that process, the flow of air takes heat from inside the building. This "free cooling" system makes energy savings possible.
