• At a complex welfare facilities construction project, the Commissioning Process was introduced. The aim of the Commissioning Process at this project was the realization of owner's requirements, which is the target of the true Commissioning Process. Therefore, the Owner's Project Requirements (OPR) was developed and known to persons concerned, and the Commissioning Process was implemented by the Commissioning Team and the issues were examined by them. As the result, the all parties concerned were satisfied. The points of the Commissioning Process, the problems to be solved for the future and so on are reported, too.
