• This paper describes international student exchange program that is a distinctive feature of departmentof civil and environmental engineering,Oita National College of Technology. It has been 5 years sincethe department started working on this exchange program with School of Architecture and BuiltEnvironment,Singapore Polytechnic in 2008. This paper introduces the history of the past internationalexchange program in the department first , and some characteristics and results of international studentexchange in the department are reported next.
