Owing to the global situation, Japanese society strongly requires KOSEN to nurture global engineers. Herein, wepropose an effective career design program to nurture global minds of our students by using career coaching method. Inthis program, we used a book full of messages from graduates of KOSEN who had experiences of working in foreigncountries, a leaflet showing curriculums and special programs offered by each KOSEN for developing students' globalknowledge and skills, "a roadmap sheet" for the students to write down their milestones of their college lives clearly, "a setof documents for reference" consisting of 10 chapters to give the students relevant information, and "a career coachingprogram" for using these teaching materials effectively. We also used CAVT (Career Action Vision Test) developed byHosei University to measure the students' actions and visions, and at the same time, the effect of this program.
