Recently, many researches have been focused on a development of small size, light-weight, thin shaped and flexible robot. We developed the robot based on these combining all items. It is about 8[mm] thickness, 5[g], and has 0.125[mm/sec] moving velocity using polystyrene and SMA actuators. This low profile locomotion robot is the non-noise, and moves by an easy on-off system. We evaluated the migration experiment and the pay load to install the battery and the sensor, etc. in the future. In this paper the robot that was able to pass the space of 10[mm] or less was shown.
