Higher nursing ethics can raise nursing quality. The author attempts to define the problem from the seedling of sensibility in practical nursing and focuses on the clinical environment surrounding nursing ethics from its pedagogical and historical aspects. On the basis of these standpoints, the author discusses issues on the practical nursing as a practitioner of nursing ethics.
