• Many teachers in Okinawa have been absent from duty because of fatigue on mental health. They are increasing every year. Teachers have been working with a strong intrinsic job satisfaction. Therefore they are overworked and at high risk of burnout. In investigation by Okinawa Teachers Union, it became clear that application of Industrial Safety and Health Actisnotsufficient. It is a future subject to realize work place environment which can be committed in comfort till retirement age.
