• Since 2005, as part of a national program, Kagawa Prefecture has been addressing the push for improved special needs education. While in the past several years the frameworks and techniques have progressed significantly, as special needs education has expanded to include all instructors and institutions there remain many challenges to grapple with. Relatedly, we're still working on creating and reinforcing processes and methods for the cooperation and mutual support of and between educational and related institutions (such as hospitals).
