The application of Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) based on Max-Plus Linear (MPL) representation is developed to better control undesirable occurrence in the state change. In a previous work, the concept of time buffers in CCPM was applied to the framework effectively, together with the input times assumed to be zero. However, there are many uncertainties related to external inputs, which have to deal with such kinds of systems. Therefore, a general method of inserting time buffers in MPL-CCPM framework for systems with multiple inputs is considered in this paper.
