Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) is indispensable tool for low visibility ground surface measurement. Recently, the coherent change detection (CCD) technique have been intensively developed, which can detect a temporal change at the same region by phase interferometry of the two complex SAR images. For damage assessment by the earthquake, it requires not only the change detection but also the height change quantity of geosurface. For this background, we have already proposed the height estimation method based on phase interferometry of frequency divided coherence functions. However, this method is hardly applicable to the case of local height change distribution. To overcome the above difficulty, this paper proposes a novel height estimation method by exploiting the frequency characteristic of coherence's phases obtained by multiply divided SAR images. The results from numerical simulation show that our method offers accurate height change estimation even for local distribution.
