• This report deals with the situation of earthquake resistance of ground developed for housing lots being discussed respectively on the existing ground for housing lots and the newly develop one. The latter has not so much technical problems to promote seismic strengthening ground by following the present technical regulations. It is, however, not easy for the former to strengthen ground because of difficulties due to the existing houses or facilities and the narrow space in the working etc., resulting that there can be some ways how to take measures to the damage of ground developed for housing lots.
