• As an engineer in charge of energy-saving consultant engaged in saving energy audit on-site energy saving improvement of industrial field for many years, I discuss a solution as a big obstacle issue of blocking promotion for saving energy and countermeasure of energy saving measure of present our country. Japan is an energy-saving nation outstanding in the world, but there is not any curriculum nor technological text regarding energy savings in despite of the deserve and expectation of them in-site. In the second paragraph, one curriculum of the technical text concerning the technology of energy saving in the industrial field is proposed.
