We have developped a broad band NMR system for low tempereture experiment in which two kinds of apparatuses are included. One is an incoherent pulsed NMR apparatus whose operating frequency range is from 5MHz to 800MHz. The other is a coherent pulsed NMR apparatus whose frequency range is from 5MHz to 300MHz. Both apparatus can be used for studies on the NMR spectrum, and also the spin-spin relaxation and the spin-lattice relaxation. The testing sample is cooled at any temperature between 1.45K and 4.2K which is deccided by measuring the vapour pressure of liquid helium. In order to get the stable temperature, the pressure of helium gas is maintained constant using the vapor pressure controller.
