• This article reports our practice research in the Team Stance which aims at developing members' activeinvolvement in club activities. The current study deployed clearly-stated Elder System whose specific target isconsciousness-raising in members' attitude and discipline as well as thorough practice of the Team Stance.Members and Coach worked collaborately in making the Team Stance and establishing the Elder System, whichconsequently nurtured diligent atmosphere in the club activities.
