• Recently, many children have not been interested in science. A lot of science events, such as science festival andclass, were being carried out in Japan in order to give the interesting against the science to many children. In this paper, the"Solar Assisted Battery" with Japanese coin and photocatalysis was developed as the teaching material for science events.Many children can study the battery and solar cell by this teaching material at the same time. We had a primary schoolchildexperience this teaching material. It was found from the results of the questionnaire that many children had interest in theseteaching materials more.
