This paper presents the technique for getting the habit of studying at home by the check sheet which is usedin the class time at the Tsuyama National College of Technology. At the end of the class time, in the check sheet,the students write the theme of today's class, the method of studying at home, check of one week and others. Thetime of studying at home becomes long since the students are able to schedule the studying at home by using thecheck sheet. By continuing this activity which uses the check sheet, we can expect that the students can get thehabit studying at home.
