Motivations for learning by using the "Edutainment Kit (EK)" were investigated through questionnaires targeting the2nd-5th grade students of Department of Design and Computer Applications, Sendai National College of Technology.The "Edutainment Kit" means ideal learning tools that students can study electronic control or control programming withhaving fun. This result is as follows: "Women students have tendency to be not good at electrical circuit andprogramming", and "If they can use the EK (which has functions of playing sound, displaying ananimation, glittering colorfully, and so on.), they will be eager to learn more about electronic control or controlprogramming".These let us know that they have consciousness to want to overcome learning difficulty in the field, such as electricityand programming. The EK is effective for women students in having a motivation to study these fields.
