The Q-U questionnaire was applied to classes (n = 4) in Wakayama national college of technology to assess students'adjustments and to improve teaching program of basic chemistry at first. The improved teaching program based on Q-Uwas highly evaluated from these students. On the other hand, class teachers received consultation based on Q-U for classmanagement from educational counselor. These class teachers evaluated Q-U a s a powerful tool to reveal invisiblerelationship among students and invisible problems in each student. Thanks to their high evaluations Q-U has beenaccepted in our college step by step. In the next year Q-U was applied to classes (n = 12), which were all classes from1st grade to 3ed grade, by the association of class teachers to improve class management. These class teachers utilized Q-Uto solve various problems in their classes after they received consultation. All of them answered in questionnaire for classteachers that Q-U was "very effective" or "effective" to improve class management and especially useful to correct theblind point in their subjective view.
