This paper reports introduction of the flip-flip animation control on 8x8 LED matrix display used PICmicro-controller to Electrical and Electronic Creativity Exercises class.Students have no knowledge about PIC maicro-controllers, so teacher gives them outlines of the PIC hardware,instructions and usage of PIC development tool, and then gives the circuit drawing and a prototype program. Studentshad made the circuit on a through-hole circuit board and displayed a flip-flip animation. At the second term, studentshad grappled with furthermore display program and reported each research with PowerPoint.Students are hoped for the acquirement of the skill using PIC micro-controller and pleasure to this subject, besidesthe ability of creativity and resolving a difficulty .
