This paper, which highlights the practical language educational innovative curriculum for National Colleges ofTechnology (KOSEN), aims to foster fluent English speakers by maximizing social competitive advantages on the basis ofnew academic cooperation of multinational workshops and the evaluations for improvement of students. This newteaching method provides strong motivation in the students and leads to have remarkable improvement in Englishcommunicative skill by giving tasks of English presentation and debate on global technical issues for 2 years. ESPeducational curriculum and the evaluation support KOSEN English education to develop; 1) a blueprint of high-leveleducational goals on the international cooperation to find common solutions with better understanding about socialresponsibilities, and 2) richer human resources with global competitive advantages that can be displayed both ininternational business and in academic fields of next generation towards sustainable development.
