Polarimetric GPR needs accurate channel imbalance and cross-talk data, not only in the amplitude term and but also the phase term. Current calibration techniques always ignore high-order teams to simplified equations. In order to reduce this error, we develop mathematical formulation with high-order terms to calibrate Polarimetric GPR data. In this technique, we use the returns from two calibration target: 0° dihedral corner reflector and 45° dihedral corner reflector. By measuring several scattering matrices, we can obtain the solutions of all variables as calibration coefficients. Using the calibration coefficients, the calibrated scattering matrix can be well calculated.
