We present a method for controlling lens' focal length in order to reduce image blur due to the out of focus projection imagery, hence it approaches wider Depth Of Field (DOE) range of a projector. Using fast electrically tunable lens (ETL), we attempt to project several identical images focused at several distances and vary it rapidly. Our method utilizes the advantage of ETL to minimize the projection blur perceived by human eyes due to out of focus effect.
