Ever since the dawn of human civilization, organic wax has been used to polish various objects, and has also kept men's hair shiny. The product concept developed by CERARICA has attracted global attention as a new concept designed to promote the economic development of poverty-stricken inland regions in developing countries while at the same time improving the natural environment. Also, it is necessary to transform Japanese universities from inactive organizations focused on issuing diplomas required by students to find jobs into institutions for the training of students with great potential. To do so, it is greatly important to set high goals in order to meet global standards, including making students in their 20's write papers on global topics, and to encourage them to pursue what is called by Peter Drucker "integrity" in order to develop their strengths. In contrast to the oil-based civilization and the American lifestyle that predominated in the 20th century, the hybrid vehicle concept developed by Toyota presents an attractive 21st century lifestyle that is post-petroleum and simpler. We are faced with a great transformation, namely the shift from an oil-based civilization to a solar-based on, and as such we need to create bio-industry-based concepts incorporating the inherent strengths of the Japanese people, who know how to use nature wisely.
