First Test of z-Scaling in Hadron and Jet Production in pp Collisions at LHC(Hard QCD,Multiparticle Dynamics)

• First data on charged hadron and K^0_S meson transverse momentum spectra in pp collisions obtained by the CMS Collaboration at the LHC are analyzed to test z-scaling. Saturation of the scaling function ψ(z) at low z is confirmed. New data on inclusive cross sections of jet production in pp collisions at the LHC are analyzed in the framework of z-presentation and compared with the Tevatron data. The power behavior of ψ(z) over a wide z-range is verified. New confirmation of z-scaling of jet production is obtained.
