Intra-body communication (IBC) is a type of Body Area Network technologies that utilizes human body as the medium for data transmission, and it has drawn a lot of attentions in the recent years. IBC has been considered for the broad range of fields such as medical, security, education, physical training etc. In this paper, we would like to utilize IBC and propose a new method to detect the fullness of the stomach by analyzing the parameters such as VSWR and received power. In addition, the different result is also discovered as we drink water during the experiment. To be able to differentiate empty stomach and full stomach with our novel method, our research might be able to help people to control the diet as well as preventing binge eating. By preventing overeating, we are also eliminating the health risks. Our experiments have demonstrated the positive results of predicting the fullness of the stomach. With the success of the current research, we will conduct further researches in analyzing the content of the food in the stomach, providing users with a smart way to eat healthy.
