Present monotonous introductory programming course design can only meet the learning needs of some kinds of students. Many students who cannot adapt to the design may drop out of the course since the more the course proceeds, gaps of understanding may become bigger and harder for them to overcome. We introduce a method to accomplish a good course design that motivates all kinds of students assuring the course objectives. With the application of the method, all of the students keep taking time and efforts one the learning, 80,050% of more than 500 students have achieved full score in the midterm test.
