• Fukushima nuclear power plant accident has caused an issue about the Energy policy. A well-designed strategy is required to reduce the energy consumption. Possible strategy could be imaged out from the power consumed by a person. Totally, it is approximately 3,900W in Japan in average throughout the year. Partial consumption is discussed.
