The low carbon society is requested today. It is important for the construction industry to design the building where LCCO2 from the building can be reduced. Especially, there are implications with the building utility and LCCO2 in the building. COP (Coefficient Of Performance) of the hot water apparatus has improved by the appearance of the heat pump type boiler. However, COP of the heat pump type boiler decreases because the outside temperature degree is low in winter that uses a lot of hot waters. Then, the system that suppressed the decrease of COP by recycling the rejection heat in the building was set up in an existing building, and the improvement of COP was verified from the calculation value and the actual measurement value.
