This paper presents requirements, static model, and architecture of a Change Support Model (CSM) that helps workers implement changes safely and efficiently in a collaborative environment. CSM is modeled as a dynamic workflow management system that represents each change process by a Change Support Workflow (CSW), and monitors CSW executions to enable workers to keep track of the others' work and to detect and resolve inconsistencies in time.
