Gas-Liquid multi-phase flow is studied by direct particle simulations. With an efficient parallelization method, 250 millions of Lennard-Jones particles simulation is achieved which enables us to simulate boiling flow. The surface tension between gas and liquid phases are observed, and we find that fluctuation of the surface changes the surface tension of bubbles from those of the flat surface. This effect cannot be explained by the Gibbs-Tolman-Kenig-Buff theory. Transportations through the phase interface are also discussed.
