The enterprises recently tend to incorporate the concept of the corporate social responsibility into their business strategy more and more. Accordingly, the CSR is considered as an important one of the factors in business strategy. First, we review the transition of the concept of the business strategy on the study of Hofer and Schendel. We present the theory of Michel Porter which forms the mainstream of the theory of the competitive advantage in the second chapter and finally, clarify his new theory of the competitive advantage which incorporates the concept of the CSR and examines the influences of the CSR on the business strategy of the enterprise.
