Ferry is in a corner by worldwide oil shortage in the summer 2008 and "freeway price is 1000yen" is one of measures to stimulate the economy. Especially, user of the car decreased by freeway price. Therefore fifty services a day decreased twenty-two services. But for ferry links among islands decrease of the number of services have a major impact at people. For the reason I thought it needs a measure. So I thought use the clean energy which can use permanent and no CO_2. This study notices to the wind blow on the sea stronger than on the land and considered that what gent energy in case of equipped Wind Power Generation with a ferry.
