To develop the sustainability of companies, it is the most important strategy that management makes the corporate value which includes business ethics penetrating the mind of employees. The theory of Conditional Learning is useful to achieve the above strategy, so that management has to consider build building learning and working environment based on the theory. At first, the explanation of the theory is introduced and then two case studies are examined. It is showed how the theory could be applied to company organizational development and personal ability involving business ethics, which leads to build learning and working environment effectively.
