Abstract A learning with a personal computer has already become natural environment with the rapid spread of the Net in the education of foreign languages. However, it is not possible to study really anytime and anywhere. Because it is necessary to sit in front of the personal computer, it doesn't actually become study that exceeds the time-space in the fullest sense. Then, having appeared for these several years is a mobile learning. This thesis introduces the experience of the mobile teaching materials development of Chinese.
