The purpose of the paper is to prove the China's economic growth pattern and to analyze why the consumption rate of China has been declining through discussing the expanded household consumption as a significant key of the expand domestic demand after the global financial crisis. More Concretely regarding, this paper begins to analyze Chinese GDP growth on the demandside, and proves that Chinese economy after 2000 has been growing in the Investment-Driven and Export-Led Growth Model. This finding of the paper can be proved in a fact of the economic recovery generated by the Investment-Driven Model as the economic stimulation policies after the Lehman Shock. And then, the paper proves that the following two factors ; the increased precautionary savings motive & the decreased labor share, has makes Chinese consumption rate declining. Finally, in regard with how the household consumption should be expanded, this paper tries to suggest some policies over the 12th Five-Year Plan and National Policy.
