In this paper, the educational effects and the aims of the graduation study are presented by looking back my experiences and the behaviors of the students for the joyful and sever studies. The MOS type solar cell production was offered to the students as a graduation study for this decade. The educational aims of this production are that the students would learn the physical and electrical basic informations by the way of piling up the study of the basic experiments and that the higher efficient MOS solar cell would come to the front.
