We discuss the possible existence of exotic nuclei which contains charm and bottom flavors. We consider D^^- and B mesons bound with nucleons. The interaction between D^^-(B) meson and nucleon is supplied with the heavy quark symmetry. As a potential we use one pion exchange potential as long range force. We investigate possible D^^-N(BN) bound state with several quantum numbers. We further discuss the possibility of the existence of D^^-NN(BNN) as systems with baryon number two.
