Low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes have been a popular issue in many researches because of its low complexity in decoding and performance closing to the Shannon capacity limit in channels. In this paper, side information was used to modify the RB-HARQ schemes intelligently to improve the decoder performance based on acceptable coefficient value of reliability.
