The plain X-ray photography has following shortcomings : 1. Lack of the information about the position in front-back direction. 2. Overlap of different objects in front back direction. 3. The penumbra due to the finite size of X-ray source.The relationship between the broadening of penumbra and the position of film is the key to resolve these problems. However, the reverse problem of determing the original images from the observed blurred images suffers from the instability with non-local inverse matrix. We discuss methods to overcome the instability. Finally, we consider the application of fuzzy concept to improve the readability of X-ray images.
