• Recently, the occurrence of the earthquake directly above its epicenter in metropolitan area is worried. Therefore, earthquake counter measures of the company should need to be hurried up. The existence manual for the earthquake was analyzed. As a result, the technique of effective training for the earthquake measures was developed. This training technique was practiced at Shinjuku Station, which a lot of numbers of taking customers in our company. This training shows that the station-staff's skills become high more than so far.
