概要

A high speed optical clock module using vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) and spherical mirror are proposed. The module will be used for LSI clock distribution. We have developed successfully a single module, frequency of which is 5.25GHz. Moreover, we have improved an assembly method for the module, have also proposed a module array design, and have assembled an array model. The array model was cut into four pieces.
